Don't take a gamble: How to open license your work for others to reuse
How do we make the most of copyright in an open, connected world?

The components of making your work reusable by others is like a game of cards. You need to assemble a winning hand and play it to show others your intentions. In this workshop, you find out how to make the most of copyright in an open, connected world. It will cover the practical implications of how to best licence your work so more people can pick it up, learn from it, use it and innovate faster. Keitha and Cam will cover both Creative Commons and Open Source Software licensing covering everything from information, content, data and software. The session will guide you through how to best play your licensing cards and open up your work for a greater digital commons in New Zealand.
